How do I use this in a treatment?

Spread the mask with your hands over areas mainly affected by the problem. Leave wrapped in plastic paper for 20 minutes (the product may cause a sensation of heat, tingling and coolness. The skin may redden). Excellent when used in conjunction with pressotherapy or electric blanket. Remove with damp mitts or accompany the client to the shower.
