About Us:

We are Australia's leading Beauty Wholesaler. You'll be joining the team in our National warehouse in Dandenong South in Victoria's South eastern suburbs. We support our trade customers with all their product needs to ensure their salon beauty success.

Full-Time

  • Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm
  • No Late Nights.  
  • No Sundays.

Location: Salon First - Dandenong South, Vic, 3175

Position & Duties: We require a self-motivated, driven and passionate individual to join our team.

The right candidate will be:

  • Process our phone and online sales.
  • Help customers over the phone with their purchasing history & product recommendations.
  • Pick customer orders
  • Unpack & put stock on the shelf.
  • Maintaining a clean working area.
  • Supporting our salon customers with first hand practical knowledge and assistance with troubleshooting enquiries, to ensure their success.
  • Assisting with showroom/counter sales

 

About You:

  • Ideally you'll have a background in nails or beauty as either a Nail Artist / Technician, Beauty Therapist or Lash & Brow Artist.  
  • If you're a recent Beauty graduate - we welcome you to apply.

Join Our Team:
Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join the Salon First team!
This part-time role (3 days a week) offers flexible school hours and an exciting opportunity to work onsite in Dandenong South, Victoria.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Plan and craft EDMs using Mailchimp.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and in-store flyers.
  • Assist in planning and marketing events.
  • Use tools like CapCut and Canva to bring ideas to life.
  • Implement email journeys in Mailchimp.
  • Manage website creatives to keep our platforms fresh and exciting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • A proactive approach to planning and executing campaigns.
  • Interest in the beauty industry (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work onsite (not hybrid - yet!) with our dynamic team.
