Support and Troubleshooting
We understand that salons may face unique challenges when using our products. With that in mind, we’ve designed a comprehensive Support Session designed to assist you in overcoming any hurdles. This session can run for up to 90 minutes (inclusive of 60-minute supervised treatment time) with an optional extended time at a minimal cost per hour.
Elleebana Support Session gives you the opportunity to work closely with one of our highly skilled Master Educators. During the hands-on session, you can troubleshoot issues and receive personalised guidance from an Elleebana expert.
We will send you all the necessary information prior to your support session, and after the session, you’ll receive a Technical Guide, tailored to your needs.
Who is this for?:
- This has been created for the salon that is already using Elleebana or Elleeplex Profusion products and may require some technical support with product, application techniques, processing times etc.
- This can be a solo operator or a team of lash/brow artists. In this session, the lash/brow artist in the salon will perform a treatment (on a model) while the Master Trainer observes, guides and supports where necessary.
- We only offer 1 service in the support session as time is limited. We welcome questions throughout the session to ensure the lash/brow artist feels confident to perform lash and brow treatments as they are armed with up-to-date information.
Duration – 90 minutes, Trainers come out to your Salon.
