Salon First $400 Voucher Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Salon First Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Salon First, ABN 94 088 335 111, of 54 Brindley Street, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. Enquiries can be directed to info@salonfirst.com.au.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are actively subscribed to Salon First's email marketing and receive the giveaway invitation directly from Salon First. Employees of Salon First, their immediate families and anyone involved in administering the giveaway are ineligible.

3. Competition period

The competition opens on 19 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 22 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

To enter, follow the giveaway link in Salon First's invitation email and complete the entry process on the landing page during the competition period. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Additional clicks or repeat submissions do not provide additional entries. Receiving the invitation email does not automatically enter you into the draw.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Salon First voucher valued at AUD $400. The total prize pool is AUD $400. Products pictured in promotional materials are illustrative and are not included in the prize.

The voucher is redeemable online only and expires Sunday 8 November 2026. Product exclusions apply. The $400 voucher is redeemable against a total cart value of $400 or more, excluding freight. Any remaining order value, including freight, must be paid by the winner. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Orders can only be dispatched within Australia. Bulky orders and orders requiring multiple boxes may attract additional freight charges. The winner will be contacted after placing their order to confirm any additional freight charges.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 9:00 am AEDT on 26 October 2026, at 54 Brindley Street, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner notification and prize delivery

The winner will be notified by email on Monday 26 October 2026, using the email address associated with their entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.

Salon First may verify the winner's eligibility before issuing the voucher. The voucher code will be emailed to the winner on Monday 26 October 2026. The voucher code must not be shared.

8. Unclaimed prize

Salon First will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The prize must be claimed by 8 November 2026. If it remains unclaimed, a replacement winner will be randomly drawn on 9 November 2026, subject to applicable legal requirements. The replacement winner will be notified by email within two business days.

9. Privacy

Personal information will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility and contact the winner, in accordance with Salon First's Privacy Policy.

Entering this giveaway does not change an entrant's existing marketing preferences or provide new consent to marketing. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not invalidate an otherwise valid entry.

10. General

By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
