Professional Use Directions:
- Prep: Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover and Saline Solution.
- Protect: Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers.
- Mix: Combine 2cm of tint with 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid or 15–20 drops of Oxidant Cream until creamy.
- Apply: Spread evenly onto lashes or brows.
- Develop: Leave for 10 minutes.
- Remove: Use damp cotton pads to wipe away tint.
Tip for Technicians: When used after Blonde Brow or Eyelash Curl, reduce development time by 1–5 minutes.
PPD-Free:
